Please do not send passwords, credentials, financial account details, identity documents, owner/deed-party personal information or confidential bid material. Basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited may be collected through necessary site functions or cookies.
2. Google AdSense & Advertising
Google AdSense is currently disabled on this website. We do not display AdSense units or use AdSense advertising cookies while it remains disabled. If advertising is enabled in future, this policy and any required consent choices will be updated before use.
3. Property Enquiries
Information submitted through our contact or property forms is used to respond, understand requirements and provide the requested service. We do not sell enquiry information.
4. Tender Profiles & Alert Choices
Tender interests and business profiles are used to configure searches, matching, similar-notice discovery, watchlists and alert support. Alerts are opt-in. You can withdraw from an alert or change its criteria by contacting us through the contact page or the WhatsApp conversation used to set it up. The official notice controls and coverage varies.
5. Report Inputs & Documents
Site-selection and property-intelligence inputs are handled manually to confirm scope and prepare or review the requested dossier. We use submitted documents only for the enquiry and agreed work, unless you ask us to use them for a related follow-up. Reports do not create a public owner or deed-party database, and we do not publish owner or deed-party personal information.
6. Manual Handling, Sharing & Retention
Enquiries, profiles and report materials may be reviewed manually by authorised people involved in responding or delivering the agreed service. We may use service providers needed for communications or document handling, subject to their own privacy terms, and disclose information when legally required. We keep information only while it is needed for the enquiry, service, records or applicable legal obligations. No fixed retention period has been set. You may contact us to request deletion or correction; we will handle the request manually, subject to information we must retain by law or for legitimate records.
